Nicola Bonelli is a software engineer, expert in C/C++ software development. He offers consulting and training to industries in Italy and in the neighbor countries. He's currently working for CNIT (Consorzio Nazionale Interuniversitario per le Telecomuncazioni) and the Department of Information Engineering at the University of Pisa. He has been involved in several EU research projects as research assistant, member of the NetGroup of the Faculty of Engineering. His research is currently focused on packet capture/classification and traffic generation on top of multi-core architectures, with particular reference to wait-free/lock-free algorithms and transactional data structures. In the summer 2011 he will be teaching a specialization course open to master and PhD students: C++11, core language, standard library and multi-threading. |
